MedCentric ("we," "us," or "our") is a healthcare recruiting firm. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to medcentric.net and to our communications with candidates and clients, including text messaging.
Information We Collect
We collect information that candidates and clients provide to us directly during the recruiting process, including:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number (including mobile number);
- Professional information, such as your work history, credentials, licensure, specialties, and resume or CV;
- Communication preferences and records of our correspondence with you.
You may provide this information on a call with one of our recruiters, by email, by text message, or when submitting your information to us for a role.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Present you with employment opportunities and represent you to prospective employers, with your knowledge;
- Communicate with you about roles, interviews, scheduling, and offers;
- Maintain accurate records of our recruiting relationship;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, our recruiters may send you person-to-person text messages related to your engagement with us — for example, interview scheduling and confirmations, follow-ups to phone conversations, and responses to your questions. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any service, and we do not send automated marketing or promotional text messages.

- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
How We Share Information
We share candidate information with prospective employers only in connection with recruiting on your behalf and with your knowledge. We may use service providers (such as email, telephone, and scheduling services) that process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention and Security
We retain candidate and client records for as long as needed to support our recruiting relationship and to meet legal requirements. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.
Your Choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask us to update or correct your contact information, or to stop contacting you altogether, by emailing matt@medcentric.net. We will honor these requests promptly.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
